Matt Bills is a full-time, internationally-published photographer and videographer based in Bellevue, Nebraska. He shoots a diverse range of residential and commercial properties, all with a focus on showcasing their unique and desirable characteristics.
With nearly 800 properties under his belt, Matt’s experience in real estate photography is unmatched. He knows what looks good to potential buyers, what changes need to be made in a room to highlight key selling points and what service experience is most important to Realtors and their clients. At present, Matt regularly works with every broker across the metro, many of which come via referral from other Realtors.
Matt is married to his high school sweetheart and real estate leader, Kim Bills. Being married to an agent has helped Matt gain valuable insight into what Realtors face each day; something he actively considers while conducting his business. Together, they own and operate a number of businesses and enjoy every fun-filled day with their crew of four-legged friends, including two pit bulls, a dachshund (the boss) and a cat who tolerates them (barely).
Matt holds a B.A. in Leadership and an M.S. in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University.
