DO YOU WEAR A MASK WHILE ON SITE?

All appropriate COVID-19 precautions (based on current CDC guidance) are taken before, during and after each shoot, including the cleaning of equipment, wearing of a two-layered cloth mask and regular COVID-19 testing at an official testing location.

ARE YOU TESTED REGULARLY FOR COVID-19?

Yes, I am tested, at minimum, any time I have symptoms or am exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

HOW MANY PROPERTIES HAVE YOU PHOTOGRAPHED?

I have photographed 800+ residential and commercial properties.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES?

Yes, I have extensive experience photographing both residential and commercial properties.

DO YOU HAVE REALTOR EKEY ACCESS?

I sure do! Makes a real estate agent's life easier!

WHAT DAYS OF THE WEEK ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

I shoot 7 days/week!

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR APPOINTMENTS?

Nope! My job is to make your life easier so you can sell more houses! I have EKey access and also have an eye for moving things out of the way as needed when I photograph houses, such as moving trash cans, making sure blinds are open, etc. If you do want to be present during photos, that's perfectly fine too.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, Triple-I Ventures LLC, DBA Get It Sold Listing Services, is a fully insured entity.

DO YOU HAVE AN FAA DRONE LICENSE?

YES! The FAA will fine real estate agents up to $11,000 per incident if they hire an un-licensed drone pilot. At Get it Sold Listing Services, I hold the federal Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) pilot license. I have successfully passed all required exams, I hold the FAA Airman Certificate, and I am fully-approved and qualified to operate my drone equipment for commercial use as mandated under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulation (14 CFR) Part 107.

WILL YOU PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR DRONE PILOT LICENSE/CERTIFICATE IF REQUESTED?

YES! Upon request, I will provide a copy of my drone pilot license / certificate for verification.

WHAT TURN TIME CAN I EXPECT?

I pride myself on not making real estate agents wait or have to follow-up. As such, for most services or unless otherwise noted/discussed, completed work can be expected in less than 24 hours, if not sooner.

I appreciate as much notice as possible if you must cancel an appointment. To cancel, click the link you receive in your initial booking confirmation email. You will receive a full refund back to your payment method. Please allow 2-7 days for refunds to process.
